Birthday Verse for Betty-Lou

I was born February 12, 1968. I had my first encounter with God when I was about 12 years old in this old stone house that we all live in that had no doors to the rooms, no closets, no running water, and no bathroom. We used wood for heating the old house, which was still cold during the winter months and hot in the summer month. But, I remember that it was a summer day and a deep sleep fell on me and I went to sleep on my mother and father's bed, and when I awoke I was crying while I repeatly asked God why did he leave me down here. It was if I was dropped into this human body and woke up to living a life in a strange land and was upset with God as to why he would allow such cruelty to bestowed upon me, but I remember that this feeling of being lost in a strange land and accepted that I was here and had to make the best of this life that I now had to live out for whatever it was to be. I remember going back outside to play and did not remember this until I became older and began to experience certain happenings in my life....
