Bible message for Irene on an Oct 8th birthday

October 8th. I was raised by a very strong father and a timid mother. I birthed my first child at age 16 and 3 more before age 23. I emphasized to my children the importance of finishing a high school and college education. All of my children finished high school and then they went on to college, although only one has graduated so far.

Irene,

You need to be congratulated for conveying to your children the importance of education.

The bible verse for October 8th is taken from Romans 10:8 and it reads, "Salvation that comes from trusting Christ-which is the message we preach-is already within easy reach. In fact, the Scriptures say, "The message is close at hand; it is on youyr lips and in your heart."
