The Bible message for your special day, September 13, is taken from Genesis 9:13 and your verse reads..

"I have placed My rainbow in the clouds. It is the sign of My permanent promise to you and to all the earth."

You are God's child, His treasured creation. You were made by Him in His own image. He chose this day for you to be born. Know that He has a plan and a purpose for your life.
